Hey friends! It’s been a very long while since I’ve updated my blog. This year has been pretty busy to say the least – I’ve had a few weddings this year, personal trips, and currently, it’s family season! In addition, I’m still splitting my time with my role as Business Development for a professional album company. There are also many other updates coming up, but those I’ll share at a later date.

For this post, I’m sharing with you the Bean + Dingman’s 9th Annual Disney Family Tradition! This is the 9th year I have taken photos for Phoebe, Chris, and Ayden! Can you believe it? Ayden just turned 10 years old this year and well, for this year his parents multiplied his age x 90. Can you guess who they dressed up this year for Halloween?

Before I share their photos, I want to share that Phoebe + Chris had a recent major life event – they got married! They got married on the Disney cruise, Halloween on The High Seas October 12-19th, 2019 that took us to Cozumel Mexico, George Town Grand Cayman, Falmouth Jamaica, and Disney’s private island Castaway Cay! The whole ship was decorated with Halloween decor and they had two different themed evenings – a Pirate Night and another night where everyone dressed up as their favorite Disney Halloween characters. Isn’t this so fitting for the Bean-Dingman family tradition? For their wedding, they got married on Castaway Cay, and everything turned out so beautiful. I was Phoebe’s Maid of Honor and happily stood by her side as she said her I do’s, and the wedding week was photographed and filmed by our dear photography friend, Ed Carlo Garcia. We’re all still recovering from this amazing week! Please let me know if you have any questions about DCL! It was absolutely incredible.

Now back to Halloween! While Disneyland recently opened up their Star Wars Land, Phoebe, Chris, and Ayden thought it would be the perfect time to be their favorite Star Wars characters this year. Phoebe is Princess Leia, Chis is Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Ayden is Yoda! These photos were taken in Big Basin Redwoods State Park in Santa Cruz County and are edited with Mastin Lab’s Portra Pushed Pack for Lightroom presets – which are slightly out of my own style, but was so fitting for this Star Wars session. I hope you enjoy!
