Back in 2012, I traveled to Hawaii and had booked several destination portraits there. Erika + Jon’s destination engagement session was one of them, and theirs was not just any session, Erika and Jon told a story.  Jon got lost on a ship, got washed ashore on a secluded island, Island girl comes to save him, feeds him, they fall in love, etc, etc, and then end of story!  With adaptation of a new software (Fundy Designer), I wanted to revisit this session to help share this story better.

Since 2012, my Michelle Nicole Photography style has changed over the years.  While I may photograph and process my imagery a different way now, I look back at this session, I do still feel it is romantic and timeless.  As I continue to rebuild my destination portfolio, it would be a goal of mine to look for and find my next next clients who will hire me to photograph in a destination (outside of California!!).  Favor will definitely fall into your hands 😉
