On a beautiful morning, Jen began getting ready at her beautiful home in Antioch, CA. Rhea, owner of Le Reve Salon in Burlingame, beautified Jen by helping her with hair and makeup. As we arrived, greeted by Jen’s lovely parents, we entered into the bathroom where she was getting ready and immediately, Jen was glowing.
After a few snapshots, and greeting the boys, we traveled from Antioch to Walnut Grove, at their wonderful wedding location and beautiful mansion, the Grand Island Mansion. It was a hot day, and we traveled far to this gorgeous location. Once we arrived, my assistants, Joo and Darrick, all had to split up because we had a ton to cover before the ceremony began; we had to get moving fast.
With some laughs and beautiful smiles, a beautiful ceremony began with their fabulous guests. Under the altar, with their bridal party, adorable flower girl and ring barrier, Jen and Alvin exchanged their beautiful vows and “I do’s” with tears of joy.
The party began when Jen + Alvin were announced as husband and wife to their guests at the lunch buffet. The Mansion was maxed out with guests, upstairs, downstairs, and even outside. Food was delicious, people were enjoying themselves with their drinks and lovely music. Curtis, Alvin’s Best Man, and Christine, Jen’s Maid of Honor – both delivered wonderful and beautiful speeches to share with all the guests. They had a fun money dance, and Paul and Neeraj battled it out on the dance floor. With all the amazing, fun packed events, wonderful friends that I haven’t seen in years, and new ones that I met on the day, Jen + Alvin’s wedding came to a closure at the Grand Island Mansion. Fortunately, the party didn’t end there, it continued at their home in Antioch for some delicious barbecue and drinks!
Enjoying a day full of lots of congratulations, hugs and kisses from family and friends, I had a phenomenal time celebrating with Jen, Alvin, and all their beloved friends and family. Jen, you looked amazingly stunning, and I’m so happy that both you and Alvin met. Alvin, it was almost 10 years since I met you and I’m glad you found your one. After hanging out with the two of you for hours on end, I am joyful and hope only the very best for you two. Wishing the both of you prosperity, good health, happiness, and an amazing and adventurous life. Thank you for having us on your special day, I love you both!
