Chantal and Adrian had been dating for a long time before typing the knot.  If I remember their story correctly, Chantal, from California and Adrian from Maryland, met each other in California.  They were dating for several years back in California before Adrian moved out to Hawaii.  Adrian didn’t want to work indoors all the time, he wanted to be outside, having fun, and enjoying the weather.  The turning point of their relationship was when Chantal made the big decision to move away from her family and over to Hawaii to be with Adrian.  And here they are, engaged!

When you think about Hawaii, you think beaches, palm trees, mai tai’s, Waikiki… this couple definitely loves to surf, but they also like to go hiking.  This forest is located near their home in Honolulu, and Adrian takes their dog walking here every morning.  It was so serene, secluded, and beautiful, I’ve never seen trees like this before!  Look at the trunks.  They have these little symmetrical stubs all around.  The top of this mountain also has a hiking trail that leads you all across the beautiful scenery – right on the other side.
